Tuesday 7/24/25: Applications available online. You will be directed to set up an account with Community Foundation Sonoma County to access the application.

Thursday 8/21/25: Applications close at 5:00 pm.

Review process for selecting Finalists for the ballot:

• Initial Review and Checklist (eligibility criteria, completeness of application)
• Financial Review (fiscal health of the applicant and ability to manage funds)
• Narrative Review (applications reviewed and scored by a committee of members)

Monday 9/29/25: Link to ballot emailed to members for online voting.

Saturday 10/11/25: Voting closed.

Saturday 10/25/25:  In-person event announcing the awards.

November/December 2025: Grant awards will be distributed.

SW100 retains the discretion to adjust the number and amount of grant awards.
